porting questions

I did some rough porting of my 20B plates today, I used the combination of Pineapple Racing Medium FD template (wider) AND the Shane Racing one I had from a long timer ago (taller, more extended).

My question is that I feel pretty good about them, but is there any chance that I may have gone too far?

close call!!!

It looks like at least 50% of the leading edge of the side seal will be supported at the closest spot on top of the secondary port. I was worried about having to get another side housing...

It looks like I'm safe (as long as the rotor does NOT move away from its at high rpm/load by more than 1/3 of a mm), right?

See attached pic below (I traced the lines by putting the e-shaft, rotor, rotor housing, rear stationary housing, dowel pings in place and rotated the rotor wit the e-shaft). The thinest point is ~10.4mm from the edge of the water o-ring grove, this is where the leading edge of the side seal is partially supported (80% or so).

Any thoughts?
