Performance launch question (FD)

This question is specific for the FD owners out there (since it is car specific).
In a forever on going quest to squeeze every drop of performance out of the FD.
How do you guys launch your car for the best 60' result given the following conditions?

1. With street tires
2. With slicks

What rpm do u engage? Do u drop the clutch or feather it? Do you keep the rev going from 1st to 2nd?

Please specify if you have stock twins or single (none seq).

I don't drag, but the occasional street light race 3 - 3.4k seems to be the sweet spot depending on the tires (non-slicks that is).
