my best ever on drag radials!!

Hey guys, just wanted you guys to know that I ran my best ever on drag radials this weekend in houston on the NHRA event.

My best time is a 10.61@135.2mph

This is on BFG drag radials (255/50/16 tires).

I also qualified 1st but unfortuneately sunday was rained out and the postpone the race to today and I had to work so I forfeit the race.

Anyways, I was still happy that my car is running like it should.

This is from memory so if you need more details than that , I'll have to find the timeslip.

60' 1.72s
1/8 ET 6.95s
1/8 mph 104.3mph
1/4 ET 10.611
1/4 mph 135.2mph

Very nice, I'd be interested in a recent dyno sheet.

Damn steve!
Those anti-lag gerbils inside your turbo must be working hard for you to get those crazy 60ft's and times in general!
Are you feeding them some "magic" seeds?
LOL

Anti what??? The car is doing good for what it has (those little dancing hamster is doing their work!). The thing is that the launch was harrible and I was wheel hopping. I didn't let off though and seem to hold up the shock from the hop. I think i'm going to launch lower next time but also launch with n2o to bring the torque up. I don't kick in the n2o until i'm in 2nd gear. I think my mph should get near 138 if I stay on the n2o for the entire pass.
