Machined Rotors

I posted in the second gen but thought you guys might like the pics too. I was initially after the closing chamfers that I had seen in another thread and wrongly attributed to BlueTII. I believe now it was SureShot. I think the thread was " Me and my Dremel".

I went ahead and thinned the sides for lightening. Forgive me for the surface rust. It shows up well in the pics but is very thin and comes off easy.

Tell me what you think.

I still need to de-burr, clean all seal grooves of carbon, and polish the combustion chambers before sending out to re-balance.

The chamfers are for closing. They extend the duration a little. I'm using a bridge for early openening. The maching of the sides removes a little under a half a pound. Sorry I didn't have an acurrate scale. May not seem like a lot. But for me it was free!
