Japtrix Racing 1/4 mile update!!

The Japtrix racing TII driven by Joey Gonzales ran 9.63@147mph last Saturday. The run was done without the use of nitrous and with the regular 4.11 rear instead of the usual 4.30 rear gear that they run.
They're still running on the factory IRS with the street version G-Force 5-speed transmission. It's basically an IDRC 'Quick class' car.

60ft............1.44
1/8.............6.41
1/8mph......114
1/4.............9.63
1/4mph......147

Can you run G-Force 5spd(I suppose it's the GF-5R) in the Quick class ? I though sequentials are prohibited.

When the little 'blue bottle' goes back on I think it's going to be one quick ride. I see some low 9 second passes in the future probably even an 8 sec one!
