Which injectors? RC/ID/Deka/Bosch
So I need to change my current Bosch EV1 1600cc primaries for something smaller. There are a lot of options out there at quite variable prices. I have been looking at ID1000 although I am now considering if I can go even smaller. My other option I was really considering was RC 1000cc injectors.
Reading around I have read bad reports on both of these. Some suppliers have ditched RC due to unreliability issues? So I thought ID were all good and recommended but then I read some bad things about these on some older posts? I then came across these on an old thread which I had not heard of.
80 lb/hr Siemens Deka Fuel Injector High Impedance (Long Style) EV1 Connector - CDL Enterprises, Inc.
They look the same as the ID ones but are like half the price?! They also come in long and short length so therefore don't need injector adapters. only thing i was not sure on was the bottom measurement shows 13.5mm? I expected to see that as 14mm?
Bosch EV14 is of course my other option.
Would be nice to literally pull out the old ones and drop in news one with minimal fuss!
Would really appreciate some real world feedback on any or all of these.
Thank you
Lee
