i just want 400 to 500 hp
Here's my specs' i want to keep the twin turbo. and just modd it up.
These 3rd's i know have 255 hp. So if i get complete exhaust that should get me 30 hp right? Some intake stuff 15 hp? So thats 300 hp
What about the boost what is the stock boost level? and how far can i push it? wont a Boost controller be all i need to increase the boost level?

j/k, I'd think a single would be a must. Don't forget all the supporting mods, though.

Dump the smaller turbo, and fit another large turbo in it's place. Much quicker spool-up than a single large turbo, but can usually achieve the same power as a larger unit.
don't forget to modify the smaller turbo controls though, make it so it doesn't exchange control from the small turbo to the lager turbo:
You want the 1st to start normally (even though it's a bigger one now), then then it would normally shut down the smaller one in favour for the bigger one, but you need to keep it going.
This would give you a stepped power gain, and can help extend the life of your engine - it builds power in chunks, instead of dumping loads in at once.

Remember 255 stock hp is flywheel hp, and most guys on the forum are refering to RWHP.
A single turbo, no nitrous is probably the best way to go in terms of power, reliability, simplicity, etc.
You can JUST make 400 rwhp on stock twins, but that's stretching the limit and only a handfull of people have done it.
You might want to check into replacing them with a BNR twin upgrade or something. I'd rather just go single.

IMO, anyone that substitutes in the word "bring" instead of "make" is a total dumbass. That's how ricers talk. 400-500hp on an FD=big damn deal. 380whp is pushing it for a reliable streetcar FYI. Even though I say don't buy a 7 since you have no idea about what it takes to maintain it, you should learn to drive the damn thing in stock form so you don't wreck it. Then get an intake, downpipe, catback, PFC, midpipe or highflowcat, then intercooler, then fuel system, then comes single turbo upgrade.

Dude, you are so far from rotary reality, I don't know where to start.
You might want to get another Mustang. Really. Or learn how to SEARCH because this is a hard core crew that does not suffer fools gladly. Neither will the RX7.
We've all asked a stupid question once. Will you ask a second?
Happy Holidays!
