ok iv seen a 200hp street port on stock n/a but thats it whats the max hp with maximum porting excluding the intake manifolds just the intake ports and exaust ports
and is there anyway i can get 350hp out of my n/a by non forced induction (yes or no)
i dont get it because from what im hearing wen you port these motors they make ok power but from 160hp to 200hp i was thinking 220 atleast

No, not without lots of NOS anyway.
The absolute max for a 13B is somewhere in the neighbourhood of 330hp to the flywheel. That's with a peripheral port race engine that will make very little power down low in the rev range, will idle like crap and gulp down fuel at an astonigshing rate. Definetely not for a street car. I suppose more could be had with nitrous though.
I've heard of 20B NA race engines (PP) getting up to about 450-470hp at the flywheel.
If you want lots of NA power without having to spend tens of thousands you should get a V8 (LS1 is a good option).
You should search before asking questions like that though, it's been covered countless times.
