Which High Flow CAT will last longer??

Question Which High Flow CAT will last longer??

here is link to a web site i found with 3" in/out for my 7 and was wondering
Which would last longer, the Metal Honeycomb Substrate or the Stainless Steel Cats?

were is the link...I would like to see this info. I will be running a cat on my car all the time on the road. If i take it to the track then i will swap it out for a straight pipe
