I've got a Greddy pulley kit, and needed to know if it is okay if you put that on without an upgraded computer? My smog pump is disconnected, so it should be okay if I change the pulleys right?

You'll have no problem at all, the belt won't fit the smog pump as you have stated, just to let you know, if you're running w/o a smog pump, you might as well remove it, as well as the cats if you haven't done so already, because w/o the airpump the cats will fail prematurely.
