Good price for new 13b rotor and housing?

Good price for new 13b rotor and housing?
Is $250 a good price for a new 13b rotor? Part n304-23-103

How about a new housing for $200?

That is a very good price for a new rotor, but to let you know, that is a rotor for a 84-85 13B (GSL-SE) - 9.4 compression ratio.
