few high perf. rotary assembling questions
going to combine a good turbo engine here based on NJ custom crankshaft, please advice about some performance specific things.
goal is to run it at 35PSI and not brake during at least one season
1) which stationary gears are the best? i heard series6 are hardened and windowed and they are the best.
2) are series6 gears fits well to FC turbo housings and 20b rotors?
3) which rotors are lightest, i heard 20b ?
4) what do you do with oil pump, some upgrades?
5) where do you get best viton o-rings set?
6) do you use stock or solid corner seals?
any other performance upgrades you could reccomend?

35 psi? the engine is probably goign to be the strongest piece in the car unless you have upgraded all of the drivetrain
1) series6 gears are harneded from factory they should be plenty strong, unless you are revving over 9k rpm.
2)these gears will fit fine into fc housingsand 20b rotor
3) series 5 and series 6 rotors weight the same as well as 20b rotors
the renesis rotors are the lightest but they are 10:1 compression.
4) is this for a 3 rotor or a 2 rotor?
5) atkins viton rings will be fine
6) solid corner seals dont break as easy as the stock ones if you happen to detonate. they do seem to wear the irons a tad faster.
what is the engine gettign built for? drag racing? street car?

thank you very much for an advices!
drivetrain has already prepeared, that is th400 tranny with ford 9 inch rear end.
this is a 3 rotor engine with short crankshaft from Jeff Bruce.
Going to try NRS 2mm apex seals.
where do you get solid corner seals?
I have just one source now in Japan.
NZ rotary company told me they want $30K for the complete assembled engine that handles 35PSI and $13K for "standard" 3 rotors.
Why there is so big difference in price, sounds like even housings in 30k engine are some super special custom made...
what do i really need for the 35psi reliability?
