i jsut got finished watchin fast and the furious again, and i have a question...what is a stand alone fuel system? are there any other "stand alone" systems?

 

I think he meant a standalone engine management system eg - a Haltech/Motec/Wolf etc. Wasn't an Apexi Super AFC included in that shpiel of parts he listed? Don't worry about it, you shouldn't use that movie as your performance dictionary. If you notice, when they show the inside of the FD's motor, IT'S TURNING THE WRONG WAY. The technical advisors for that movie should be shot. Fun movie though, don't get me wrong.

 

Yeah that was funny, by the way I believe he said AIC-as in Additional Injector Controller-as if the piece of **** even had a turbo-ha ha ah, the fake turbo whistle sounded really gay.
