exhaust suggestions

i'm planning on buying an exhaust system for my FD. I want to keep everything street legal if at all possible. I was thinking about something from HKS or Apexi. Anyone have any suggestions? and a downpipe

Get a stainless downpipe, jet-hot coat it, run a high-flow cat such as a bonez, and a conservative cat back such as a Racing Beat dual.
