Exhaust Sleve removal

Can you swap exhaust sleves without taking the motor apart? My 13bre has 5k miles on it and is pulling 8.8-8.7 on all 6 faces.. I really dont want to tear it apart.. I want to swap with either fd or t2 sleves.

you will run the risk of dropping something in the chamber if you are not careful. FYI the sleeves are held in place by 2 roller pins on the side of the rotor housings. The only way to remove them is by taking the engine apart which is a PITA. Not worthit if i were you.
