From what I have heard the Apexi is alot louder than the M2. The M2 is full stainless and the apexi is mildsteel piping.
Most people go with the Apexi because they like the dual tips on it.

When I had the stock cat on my car the N1 duals were tame, both with and w/o the silencers. But after I put my hi-flo it really opened things up, and it's pretty loud. It's a very nice growl, and if you dont have to worry about cops harrasing you it is something I would reccomend. If you are not into deep, throaty exhaust tone, dont buy it.

I had an N1 duel and swapped it for a greddy PE. The N1 (single or duel) drone terribly at constant throttle. The benefit is you get a nice howl when you're really on it. The greddy is quiet when cruising at constant throttle, but has a nice deep tone when you get on it. In general the PE gives the car a much deeper/v8 style sound, the N1 sounds more like a 125 moto-X bike being strung out. Also, I used to set off car alarms left and right w the N1 duel, not so with the geddy.
