I would just like to know what all you guys run at the 1/4 mile track. I know that there is a lot more to racing than just a strait line, but most street races are a strait line and if you are racing on the street through traffic or twisty roads, then you are not too bright.

well, sorry, I haven't ever been to the strip. I have an rx7 convertible with an auto...racing isn't my thing. Plus, it's currently "damaged merchandise" so to speak...I would, however be interested to find out what a convertible with the slushbox ran.

People do t hings for a reason you probably like drag because you're the typical limited skill driver who think he's badass on the straight. So, don't try to make yourself feel better by putting those who like other type of racing down!

and you wonder why the domestic guys want to **** on you people all the time 
Not trying to make myself feel better, I only have a mid 12 second car at best and have had three rx7's hand it too me at the track. Run what bring, and if it is not enough, then its time for more mods.
