i have a 90 n/a fc that i put in a s5 t2 engine,and harness.it rolls over,is getting fuel,but the 15 amp engine fuse keeps blowing,the engine light doesn't come.therefore can't check if there are any codes.has anyone had this problem?is it a ground thats not hooked up?

 

sounds to me like you have a short somewhere

 

it blows with just KOEO (key on engine off)? make sure you didnt pinch the harness anywhere when installing it. (ie a bolt, etc)
