Cusco 1 way or 2way LSD?

I am going to be buying the Cusco LSD for my car but would like to hear experiences/opinions on the 1 way versus the 2 way units. Is there a reason why people who race typically pick the 2way over the 1 way?

Any input would be appreciated.... Thanks!

In my Gen 1 I run the guru Torsen and am very happy with it, I did try an Mazda Comp LSD and a Kaaz but have found in the wet the Torsen streets ahead of the LSD. You can get onto the power much earlier in the corner with the Torsen than the LSD and seem to get much more feedback through it.
