Arrow Correlation or Coincidence - Machine Cleaned Fuel Injectors and Flooding?

I have been seeing a host of threads of these correlated symptoms (or coincidences). I could provide links to this thread but I'd like to know If anyone else Is experiencing this. People claiming to have Immediate flooding after Installing their cleaned out Fuel Injectors...

I'm abit partial to adding my experience to this b'c I did a fresh rebuild TII conversion, a Walbro Fuel Pump and Microtech LT8 Install along with just cleaned Fuel Injectors - all rolled up Into one. So, I can't concur on my part exactly.

I cleaned the injectors in my turbo convertible and all
was well after. injectors tested good before and after,
they really didn't need cleaning.
That's just me, i cant speak for others who clean injectors
it is possible that the injectors were not treated after cleaning
which would cause the seat in the injector to rust and possibly leak.

"treated after cleaning", by what way? Aren't they treated at the time of cleaning?
