Can all of the housings and the rotors be hot tanked?

Can all of the housings and the rotors be hot tanked?
I'm curious as to whether I can have the rotor housings, side housings, and rotors hot tanked to clean them. I'm really picky about how clean things are, especially when it comes to engines.
