Camden Supercharged

Does anyone have anything to say about the Camden Supercharger?!?! Is it worth the money to put forced induction on an N/A? The camden supercharger starts at $3,000, and you only gain up to 180hp. I think doing a tII swap would be rather more practicle and faster... Could someone help me out with some advice????

The camden supercharger is not worth the money, for 3k you could get a JSPEC engine trans combo, shipped to your door, and rebuild by rotary resurection, pick up a used T2 wiring harness and ecu. And get a decent exhaust made which you would need for the supercharger to make power anyways and be up around 200 WHP with much more reliability than you would get from the camden package. And allot more power to be had in the future.

I have the Camden and enjoy the torque it produces. It is a great streetable way to make power. I rebuild the engine at the same time as well. If i were to do it all again, definitely TII transplant instead. If I had a freshly rebuilt 12a in a first gen, then the Camden works well, pricey though still.
