TX bridge-port motor questions/help

I cant find a definate anwser anywhere about using atkins 2mm apex seals in a full bridgeport TII motor. Does anyone currently or ever used atkins 2mm apex seals in a full bridgeport motor??? I want to do a full bridgeport but my funds are limited. So I cant use the atkins seals in a full bp then I will just do a half-bridge. And if I think I understand correctly the half bridge is only porting the front and rear/secondary ports right? And how does the stock intake manifold perform??? Whats the highest hp numbers for a turbo bridgeport motor with a stockTII (87) manifold? Any help would be great, this is my first bridge-port motor and build all in one. Thanks
