Bogging under light to medium throttle???

I have a fresh S4 raceported turbo engine with 880cc primaries and 1600cc secondaries, BNR stage 3 turbo, LS1 coils, OMP blocked using 2 stroke pre-mix, and a Haltech e6x. Oh yea, and a v-mount . It is only tuned at 6 psi currently, making 250whp and 210wtq. When I am cruising, it suddenly starts to bog (feels like it starts misfiring). When I give it more throttle, it get worse. I have to let off, then hit the throttle again to get it to accelerate. It is pretty random. Sometimes when I accelerate slowly to WOT, it is smooth. Other times, it will bog. I will be changing the spark plugs before I drive it next, as I can hear that they are on the way. I have heard with the E6X, there is interference with the CAS. I have sheilded wiring from the CAS to the Haltech, so I don't think it could be that. Any other suggestions?

TPS possibly? Are you using a stock TPS? If so at least test it and I would recommend also installing a known working one to see if it helps. They can be tricksy buggers.

In case anyone is interested, it was the spark plugs. It cleared up 95% of the bogging.
