Biiiig Wheel question

If anyone has read my other post, I just bought a 93 R1 rolling chassis. The guy who owned it before had the Petit Fenders with the most ungodly wheels you've ever seen. They were 18x12.5 in the back with 335 sized tires...they looked so ugly and gaudy, plus they were chrome. Anyway, I bought the car without the rims cuz it took 3 grand off the price. I'm just wondering if I would be able to fill up the fenders with the proper offset rims with maybe 18x10 or 10.5 in the back. If anyone knows thanks again
