Question Is this air/fuel ratio just right....?

I'm about to purchase a 93 with a streetported new engine that has 3mm seals that has a ratio
of 85psi on the front and 60psi on the trailing rotor. Is this bad? Or just right?
What about an air/fuel ratio of 14:1 ratio.....stoichiometric is 14.7:1? Please help me out.

Thanx in advance

No, a 25 psi differential is too high. Sounds like the rear rotor is not up to snuff. A 14.1 AF ratio will bake a rotary engine if its at WOT. ...but its just right for light throttle/cruising conditions.
