It amazes me how many people I have talked to about getting correct injector dead times, and they say it's not necessary...

jantore, I was under the impression that the autronic ecu's had some pretty badass injector control and could accurately fuel at quite low pulse-widths..
well it's not been fine adjusted at idle yet. we just got it to run smooth at 1300 rpm with that AF ratios. If we leand it out to 12.5-13 the rpm would jump between 1200-1500 rpm. And the AF ratios would get verry lean as the rpm dropped. But im going to run E85 next year so it's gonna be totaly diffrent. Oh and what kind of timing do u guys have at IDLE?

Your experience tells you different right.
Try getting an AEM to idle lean with 1600cc injectors with the wrong setup! Even with the driver box or the injection resolution(mSecBit) altered if the battery offset is not correct it's not going to happen.
