Prove it!!!
I can confirm this for you next week.
He would never sell his FD even if his RX-8 is near completion.

To the small minded little man, Is that your only scope of intelligence....?? Spelling someones name correctly. Or should I refer you to your own spelling of your own handle/name

Anyway, the non-believers will find out soon enough. The car is already packed in the container & heading to port in L.A right now.

I have read the news of the purchase by one of the shop in Australia if I recalled it was something like rotormaster or something like that. They only purchase the body without the engine. They own the fastest tube frame FD3S 20B in Australia like 7.58@178mph.

Yes, that is the only way, because Rotomaster is just some unheard of shop that doens't know what they are doing

Hmmm, another loser that is unable to see the bigger picture.

If this shop didn't know what they where doing, then why are they at the top of the tree down under. Why do they have more work on than they can handle, why do they have sponsorship money getting thrown at them from every angle, why are they the talk of the town, why...... can go on but people like you aren't worth the effort.

There where in fact quite a number of prospective buyers for this car from the USA, Puerto Rico & Australia. In the end. Abel allowed it to be bought by the Rotormaster team.

The reason why there where so many suiters was the bottom line in everything..... MONEY

Buy a proven car for (EG) $100k, install your own engine & box & away you go.

Or, spend $1M++ over 2-3 solid years to do the same to your own car.

No wonder option-A proves so popular.

Regardless of the whingers that will always be whingers, this is good for the sport, good for Aussie RX drag racing & good for Abel.

That's my point, I think you just didn't catch the intent of my post, notice the green smiley emoticon after my post. No problems though.
I was pointing out that I think Rotormaster is one of the most capable shops down under because didn't think it was a fair for someone to comment saying that only way Rotormaster can make their cars go faster is to buy a car built by Abel.
I'm not knocking anyone here, the car is amazing, and both Rotormaster and Abel are two of the best tuners in the world.

I still put ABEL (FLAC0) at the top of my list.
He has been my role model but eventhough he is still the best there is out there.
Many may argue out in PR, Australia and elsewhere that he isn't but he will prove it with his 8.
I will be there in FONTANA for the season opener to support him despite his bad luck he has had with his FD.
Hopefully ROTORMASTER puts it to good use.

Sure have a funny way of showing your intent.

Please remember that forums are basically a 2-dimensional view on things, they lack the ability to portray intent (read emotion) effectively. Many, (me included) would be unable to tell what you are thinking of regardless of some tiny little face at the end that is supossed to be telling the world your joking around.

Spoke with the ROTORMASTER guys in Sydney here today, seems the sponsorship dollars are getting serious & the car is still on the water. Cant say who yet, but they did point out that this company is willing to buy out the "K&N" sponsorship.

Shall keep ya all posted.........

chill dude...you are correct, forums are "2D" which is exactly the reason for the "tiny little faces". thanks for keeping us informed. can't wait to see the new numbers.

Why are some people so intent on putting others down...especially when it comes to "Die Hard" Abel Ibarra fans!! The Aus drag rotor scene is finally catching on to the whole full tube/pro stock style chassis and the numbers have fallen faster than ever before!!

DMRH....is that an AUS company that wants to buy out the RX7 sponsorship!!!???
