boost
first and second gear doesnt get much past 6.5
3rd and 4th gear spike up to about 10 for a sec and stays steady around 8.0-9.5 psi depending on the temps.
I've got a manual boost controller and downpipe on order, hopefully I can run a steady 10psi pounds through all gears....
on a really cold night, it will stay at 10psi in 4th and 5th gears...and my im still running rich....my afc doesn't even need to be richened at all......
I think one reason I ran a 14.6 @95 with a 2.1 60ft is my engine has less than 50k on it, and my car is dialed in pretty well...timing...idles...air/fuel.... Also, people need to do a damn tune up every once in a while......I just changed oil, fuel filter, plugs, o2 sensor, all fluids, plug wires....It helps a lot. I think once I get the downpip and boost controller, i will have a darn good chance of getting a 14.0-14.1. Who knows...maybe a 13.9 if I have someone tune my afc...I've seen an eclipse as well as other turbo cars benefit anywhere from 7-25 hp just by having the afc tuned....i've seen actuall dino charts...not to shaby for a piggy back computer....

hmmm...well with 8psi dropping of to 6 i ran a 9.20 1/8th mile. thats not getting into 4th gear...thats like 14.2 (or so) 1/4 mile. my engine only had about 1600 miles on it. i had a 2.0 sixty foot. what kinda 1/8th mile time and at what mph? if you want i can email you my time slip and you can kinda compare it to yours. only thing i had done at that time was manual boost controller.
