How much would it cost me to have a 13bt fabbed into a first gen? I can pick up a first gen for like 600 bucks with very low miles, but theres just not enough power...

yea im @ about 1k in the ecu and turbo stuff(man. turbo fmic) ill plan on about 800 in piping(exh and intake, ic) im planing on about 800 in fuel stuff, and another 600-1200 in rebuilding the motor(my self) and thats with new housings and porting. im gonna keep the stock 12a running gear but i know that will be trashed FAST and i dont plan on running it hard. so i have gotten a -se parts car to have a supen to swap in and i have my hooks into a t2 tranny. ill have a lot of misc crap to get... like a batt relocation, s.s. lines boost controler and blow off valve. dont over look the littlebits... like while im at it ill powder coat the block, ceramic coat the exh., polish EVERYTHING so figure if you do the labor yourself your looking at the above amounts if not then add a good 2k to that as a MIN. i know i would charge atleast 3500 to do the swap plus parts and if you had all day to work on it plan on about 2-3 weeks time saying you had all the parts in hand...but the intake and exh will have to be done at a shop with the motor down and in so thats a good day or 2 of dead time. dont forget all the cool stuff for the iside of the car... boost guage, a/f or egt, oil psi, intake air temp? and then the time and $$ to tune the unit if you went standalone (real power option) and a much eazyer install of the wireing.
