You should really do a search on the forum for 20B conversion information. There aren't any simple answers to the questions you have asked. It will require a motor(obviously), an ECU to run it, and ALOT of custom fabrication. Pettit Racing does it for FD's for about $36,000. If you can do it yourself you could do it for about 10-15K.
