1600cc Fuel Injectors

I just won them off ebay. Brand new. Buyer claims It was going to It's Cosmo but decided to sell them.

I receive them and find the FI's have Ford stamped on them. Is that something to be concerned over? Ford came out with FI's of an output of 1600cc?

On the one side of the Injector It's number Is XL3E-05A and the other side 280150846. Are these what the seller claims to be?

Any help would be welcome. I asked the seller but to no avail.

Ford made them for the Crown 5.0L

You should have asked me. I can get them for you.

Okay. I'm seriously dumbfounded. Ford made 1600 FI's for the Crown 5.0L?

Okay. Word got back from the seller.

"These are Ford 1680cc natural gas injectors from certain models.
Not sure which ones, but they where flow tested to 1680cc." Should I still be sceptical?

No, you shouldn't be skeptical, they work fine, and they do flow as advertised, I know a couple of guys using those making over 600RWHP on 13B's so they work just fine with no problems.

My LT8 should do a good job running them. I'm going to need a bigger Turbo to compliment these.

BTW, how much did you win them for?
There's an online store that sells them for under $60/injector...
In fact, we're looking to buy some, but we only need 4 of them.&nbsp The catch is that you need to buy them in lots of 8.
Anyone want to split a set?

I won them for $125 shipped for the pair.

I thought I got a fair deal considering I used http://www.injector.com/fuelinjectors.htm , Part# 05160 - $146.98 for the pair including shipping, as a referance.
