13bre question

Are there any major wiring differences between the 13bt and 13bre? If so where is a good place to get a wiring diagram of the 13b cosmo?

What do you mean by wiring differences? I'm sure they use totaly different wire harnesses. BUT I'm sure it woulden't be that hard to take both wire harnesses and make one out of it if needed.
