Question 13b PP, can anyone help?

Can anyone tell me anything about 13B PP sleeve sizes. People seem very reluctant to give any details away and it's getting extremely fustrating.
I'm wanting to build a 13b PP, but am unsure as to what size sleeve's should be used and if the throttle boddies/IDA needs to be bigger than the sleeves or the same size?
The engine will be driven on the road and on the strip, I'm wanting to go with the MFR design as it's probably one of the most developed but as for size, I'm beggining to wonder if I should just stick with mazda's 43mm?
Any suggestions would be welcome.

i would think that the sleeves would need to be the same bore size as the throttle bodies used.

Yoy shall do the port sleeves smalerthan the stock size(46mm ) outer dia. Mazda PP housuings have a round hole for opening and closing the exhaust port, I like to say do it tapered with a 7 degree being bigger at the outlet. Hope you understand my explanation.
