you would need these mods and a very well tuned car.

DP=pettit,m2
MP=SR motorsports
Catback=apexi GT, N1,
FMIC=Apexi, HKS, greddy
Cold Air Intake=M2,
Upgraded computer= PFC, haltech,
Pullys= unorthidox racing
Lightened flywheel= 9.5lbs

If you put some slicks on as well you could eaisly run low 12's

you could run 11s EASILY with:

intake
downpipe
midpipe
cat-back
intercooler
ECU
steetport
slicks/drag radials
14 psi

that setup will easily run mid 11s if you can drive.

Yu dont need much for low 12's. I ran a 12.3 @ 113 with this set up:

Pettit intake
Pettit dp
Pettit resonated mp
Pettit duel tip cat back
Power FC running 12psi on base map
Nitto drag radials

Fron there if you add a IC, tune the Power FC and turn the boost up to 14psi (track only with stock fuel system) you should hit high 11's

So that is it, you want low 12 you need intake, full exhaust and a Power FC or upgraded ecu with some drag radials.

BTW - Pettit make/sells great stuff and is very knowledgable. With them in you back yard I'd be checking out there stuff. I've bought pretty much everything from them except the PFC.
Great shop!!!

My friend hit 11.1 in the 1/4 mile numerous times and he never had any problems. His boost was set to 18 psi and his car is daily driven.

With all the "bolt ons" and fuel upgrades mid to high 11's are very easy. On occasion, a very few people have hit low 11's.
At 15psi I ran 11.74 on drag radials. I plan on getting MT ET streets and should hit 11.5 easily.
