That sounds pretty good. All the information I have ever heard on the Microtech has been very vague. Do you have links to technical data? The price is very attractive as opposed to the others out there.

If you're having trouble, you can email me (the organizer of the GB) at bmatt@devils.eng.fsu.edu and I'll walk you through joining the list.

Dyson rotary sells the LTX8 for USD$583, true. But that's without coils, which add an extra USD$200+ to the cost. To be honest, the stock coils are very good and the LT8 will do everything the LTX8 will, for less cost and hassle. I'd only recommend the LTX8 for 12A or carby 13B guys who don't have the nice 2nd gen coils.

This is an email that I was sent which details the technical specifications of the unit.

If there's some serious interest in an LTX12, I can look into it, though I'd honestly rather keep it simple.

Shipping costs are on the way, and will in the end depend on how many are bought (and thus, how much the whole package will weigh).

Keep checking http://www.team140.net for more info!
