2011=the return of the RR (working title).

This can't be a loosely slung together thing. It needs to have...panache. It's gotta be just right and cater to a wide crowd. In terms of all things rotary, there's DGRR, SS, MRR, but nothing in the heart of the US that really captures the whole damn thing. And Downing has to do a few hot laps.

So...forget locations, forget when, and forget what for now. We need to get who involved first that will be actually willing to have a hand in putting this thing on. No half assing the thing.

Who does what can be figured out later.
