I'm on my second Z...I randomly came across this thread and had to post. Dudes, you're forgetting one important fact about the Z versus the other 10 year old shitboxes you guys are talking about...

It gets WAY more *** then you'll EVER get in those other rust buckets... Face it, the Z is on a pedestal you others can never reach... just buy a new car and your jealousy will pass... good job Z dude.

The Z is fast, but more importantly....it get's you laid. Can't say that about a 10 year old supra hunk-a-junk. And as for the Z06? Beh, I wax'em all da time...they're so '99.

Now be nice to one another and bow down to the almighty Z. 26K gets you 300 HP and a LOT of ***.... lol... Mod it CORRECTLY to 400+ HP and you can beat the power/cost ratio of ANY other manufacturer of a brand new vehicle...that's why the Z rules the marketplace...THAT's the whole point...

The FD is FAR better looking than any Z. Everyone and their grandma drives a Z where I live, so the girls don't exactly get excited when they see one.

Z is like the Camaro back in the eighties, affordable and offered "decent " horsepower for that era. Everyone owned one: men, women, old farts. It is your everyday daily driver sports car of this era, hense why EVERYBODY owns one.

Sorry, but the Z is not as high in the "one of a kind" class nor as cool as a rare japanese 90's super car. Period!
