Check out this Kill story on the i-supra forums.... http://i-supra.com/eve/ubb.x/a/tpc/f...8746071853/p/1
I have never seen such BS in my life, this certainly beats any BS story I have ever read. If this is a repost I am sorry. I just saw it and busted out laughing and I thought you guys needed a bit of a good BS story as well.
For the folks who tell BS kill stories try to model yours after this one, it will be a hell of allot more believable!!!

I have to call that one bullshit simple and pure. Lets break it down first. Most but not all squads are equipped with some sort of GPS based tracking device, if an officer is shot during a stop and doesnt radio his dispatcher in a certain period of time other officers are dispatched to check. Any time the ignition is turned on the GPS (tracernet or Dinet) sends a signal to dispatch that the squad is active. If its on the move the dispatcher can see this and if the officer is not on duty someone will be calling that officer to find out just why he is using the squad, they are NOT to be used for personal transportation unless its official duty related.
Next if it was in fact the officers son driving the car and the other guy hears him revving the car who would be inclined to race a squad car in the first place? If its a marked unit that would be begging for a ticket no matter what. There are plenty of crooked cops out on the streets who would do something like that just to get a cite. Lets say the kid was out racing a marked squad and another dept sees this, someone is going to have some difficult questions to answer come shift time. The publics perception of the police is not that good to begin with and someone seeing a squad car racing another car is going to make the news in a very bad light!
The only saving grace would be the car was a retired patrol unit not connected with any department and civillian owned. He didnt mention if it was an active or retired so I will assume it was an assigned squad given his description, maybe it was a fake cop wanna-be and that in itself is a felony if they have forward reds and dept name on the car.
Im not going to subscribe to that forum as there is nothing of any real intrest to me there and quite frankly I dont care that much. I like Volvos and RX's and dont care much for acuras, supras or the like. They can drive whatever they want.
