I just ran into a white Dinan M3 on the way home. Sick car. I don't know much about it and I had never seen one. So I followed him for a minute then he slowed down to about 60, so pulled up next him. We looked at each other and just went.
I have an LS1 putting down 350 to the ground, so nothing crazy. I don't know what he made. When he went, he instantly gained a car length on me. I probably should've touched 2 gear and that wouldn't have happened, but, I gained most of it back shifting at about 5,300. we went from 60-100 or so. He took me by a fender. Not much. If I had driven the car a little harder we would've probably been dead even. Very evenly matched. Good times. I hope to see him again.

 

What mods on the LS? Dinan badge just means it has some aftermarket BMW go fast goodies. Parts are worth points and after getting 10 points you can get the badge. Depending on what parts you get, hp would be variable. Keeping on top of you, he probably had some nice goodies.

 

LOL. I have an Ls6 intake, LS6 heads, headers and a cam which works but isn't optimal. This is pretty much the exact car I raced. He did have power.

yea those e46 m3 is pretty fast i use to have one and i smoke the new mustang with the tc on and wasn't on sport mode either.

 

theres one here with that badge & its not even an m3..... wasted my damn gass for that

 

haha should tel him to take that badge off cuz he is giving the m3 a bad name
