Since everyone was posting their type s story, I guess I'll post mine. Well I raced one of my cousins before in his type s and lost by 3 cars. He had race headers, intake, and hondata. Well my other cousin also has a type s but with less mods. We wanted to see how I'll do against him. Im stock by the way. So he lines up to me and honks twice around 60 mph (i dont know exactly since my speedo is broken) I gun it in 2nd and he pulls around 3 cars on me. I later tell him to do a run from third since I was already at 6k rpm in 2nd and thought i would have a better chance in third. So we are around 70mph? and he beeps three times and i gun it. Only pulled a car on me. Just waiting to get my RB to start winning a few. =)

 

I beat one of those with a SP 12A....... Granted, all he had was a fart can and an intake....but I still beat him from a dig and from 60.

 

I had a type -s try to ride my *** around a freeway on ramp with a 35 MPH sign. I was @ 75 MPH in my old 76 280Z car with a few suspention mods, I watched him in my rearview understear straight into the concrete wall. OUCH, This was when the RSX was brand new. FWD sucks ***!!!!

 

 

Russ-R as you have read here in the kill section these rsx's really dont stand a chance against a mildly modded T2. i'll see you later on tommorow so we can settle this with your cousin. i'm suprised no-one has told you that your car must be running like *** or you need some mods to beat him. i'm pretty sure your car runs like mine with the exhaust plugged (pretty slow!) but come on if you have n/a guys on here (if they're telling the truth) killing the rsx then how can a t2 loose to one.

 

Russ-R i just checked up on stock #'s for the rsx thats rated at 201hp and 140lbs of tq this doesn't look for him.
