so last night was my friends birthday and we were tryin to party hop.. i live in st pete florida and we were out on the beach at a friends place as we leave i hop in my fd and its FINALLY RUNNING AMAZINGLY thank god! anyways so we are heading down gulf blvd which is the road on the beach and speed limit is 35 HIGHLY laser ENFORCED especially on the beach we were on and im just cruisin with my friend behind me then i see some seriously sick lookin headlights from the mirrors about 4 cars back he pulls next to my friends corrola and i started laughing then he catches a glimpse of me and flys up quickly tryin to get ahead
as soon as i noticed it was an 8 i was excited i was like YES another way to prove mazda was an idiot and neveer should have stopped making 7's! so the kids pull in front of me and i laugh im jus cruisin at 40 in 4th so i jus drop 3rd fly next to him even while hes wot on it and i just keep lettin on and off the gas as he struggles to keep up...it was all in good fun both i think were kinda stoked driving next to another rotor ...and then he tries and floors it on me so i just stayed in third stick with him for a second still letting on and off the gas then i lay my foot for the most part down get up to 85-90 or so have about 3 or 4 cars i saw he tried reall hard to keep up id say so i cut him off pull so far ahead and wait for....like 8 seconds for him to finally catch up to the stop light flash my fogs throw up a peace sign yelled out the window twins i wim smile and turned it was in good fun but honestly why DID THEY HAVE STOP MAKING SEVENS!!! what the hell!! i'd buy one new if i could wish i was 19 in 93!!!damnit oh well oh well they looked liek they had the borla exhaust and alll i have is intake but regardless it was a rush riding on that road like an idiot with another idiot! we both were lucky no cops were out that night we both would have been anally f@cked! beach cops are like mafia down here lol they r so **** and mean and hate on anything but crown vics! but yeah it was a fun run with another 8

oh also i think i had some guy sold on an 8 earlier when i first got the car in december i jus pulled outof the dealership after lookin for some valves and as i pull out i see a couple and a dealer guy takin off in a black 8 so i let them have fun then drop gears fly up toy aorund with them they tried havin a go at me but left em in seconds!! i think that dealer guy was upset he prolly lost a sale oh well 8's still look cool! kinda

Its called a period and a paragraph, they are pretty nice. People have been using them for years to clearly express their ideas and opinions when writing.

Also you answered your own question as to why Mazda stopped importing the 7. Id comment more on your post but its too much of a clusterfuck to read and probably not worth the time.

The RX8 is a fabulous car even though its not fast. If the 8 tried to race you he obviously isn't very informed on cars.

Sorry i was half asleep typing all of this and it really wasn't working out to well! so...... im pretty much dead asleep now so this shouldn't be to much better but what the hell!! theres a reason im a genius in math and can't write papers to save my life!

I have to say, I teach English for a living and I'm not sure I could help you! Oh well, it's the Internet and apparently the rules don't apply in binary.

Cool story somewhere in there, though. I love running with FCs and 8s that I see. It's also nice to be out on top most of the time. Twins for the wins!

BTW, if you were 19 in '93, you probably wouldn't have had a FD. Maybe an IROC... if you were cool... and weren't flipping burgers.

So within your 2 paragraphs,all I caught was that you only race rx-8's to make your stock FD seem faster than it really is..I understand that teh 7 can't lose,but why not try racing faster cars once in a while??

I've got an 8 and I'd llke to ride along with an FD but they're nowhere to be found. I've seen 2 here in Columbus during the last three years and they were both driven by older guys who didn't acknowledge my existence or return the wave.

I didn't say that I'd win. I know the limitations of my car and I have respect for others like the 7. In NA form, of course I'd lose. I'm hoping to get the Mazsport Turbo sometime down the road and that should lay down about 400 rwhp. That'll put my 8 in a whole other league compared to where it is now
