I was heading out to pick up my new rims with my brother when an Audi TT-S, came up beside me. I geared down to third but he wouldn't go. We eventually caught up to traffic so I put it back in 5th till we had a clearing. Again I put it in 3rd but he wouldn't go. This back and forth happened a few times without him taking off.

Finally we get another clearing and I am tired of hearing my car scream in 3rd for no reason so I put it in 4th this time. I am right around 4000 RPM and he takes off. I have twins so I know my response is pretty quick so I step on it. He jumps about 3/4 of a car length while I build boost and go through transition, and then it was all over. I caught up and blew past him pretty damn fast.

I slowed down because I wanted to try it again from third. I knew he wouldn't have got nearly the kind of lead he took had I been in third. He wouldn't catch up to me, so I eventually went on my way.

While the TT-S only has 265HP and I have nothing to brag a bout it is the only car I have come across in a year of owning my FD. All I get is idiots in civics or corollas lol.

 

you gotta build your rep by beating those corolla's and civic's then after they lose they'll start calling their faster friends haha

maybe cuz I drive a fc I get harassed by alot of v8's,v6's and boxers as well as honda ppl
