Not that I'm proud of this kill, but some Neon kids on the local forums were on a frenzy calling everyone out. So one of the kids smack talks about beating me in a race. I had never wasted my gas with a Neon before so I hit him up on AIM and he called me out!!! lol So we went out tonight, and showed him a lesson. Supposedly he's got a HUGE shot of nitrous, built motor, etc, but he claims its "stock with a 50 shot". The Neon car litterally spun all the way through 3rd gear. Pretty quick. Enjoy.

I like how he said he wasnt making excuses, but instead "reasons". lol funny ****. A loss is a loss and a win is a win. In drag racing if somebody runs a 10.654 at the track and the guy in the other lane runs a 10.660 they dont race again because of "reasons". They give the win to the guy who deserved it. No matter how close it is.

I hate people like the Neon guy...."lets race again, he didnt get on it that time". WTF race if you dont plan on giving it all it has. His fault for not "showing the neon's full potential".

That happens so many times it isnt funny lol. I had a guy claim he had a bunch of work done on a yota celica and it ran 11 flat. I found out he lived near me and ask for him to meet me somewhere so I could see it. He said we could meet somewhere but the celica has the stock engine in it now because he put it back in.

Depends on where in the thread you start... By the end it'll have an 496cu inch V10 in it with a 300 shot converted to rear wheel drive.

 

What is it about Neon drivers? They have to be the biggest retards out there.

 

well most of the neon drivers are either 17 year old kids or girls

 

"cocky" girl racers (not sure if that is the term to use... ) are more fun to crush the dreams because they get so emotional about well. everything.

 

Actually in Bemidji we have a local Neon owner with an "Amethyst" purple paint job. The little guy is a genious. His car is bone stock looking, even the exhaust is stock-ish.

But its running a T3/T04e 57 trim turbo, huge fmic, intake, full 3.175" exhaust, custom manifold, completely build engine from the ground up, Megasquirt, and nearly every other mod you can think of. We have a video of him racing where we launches, burns out at 5k to 8k in first, shifts to second keeps ripping rubber, then 3rd he is still spinning and finally 4th where he hooked up. And during ALL of that spinning, the modded GST doesn't pull away, side by side, and the GST had very nice Nittos!

Nice one Rey.. There is a guy w/ all the bolt -ons and running a 125 shot around here. He only races from a 3rd gear roll. What Ive heard he is hard to beat. He has beat up on some built c5's and blown stangs and camaros. The trick is once hes out in front like 110ish he gets off and says he wins. A race is until someone gets out of the throttle. Not if your ahead at the beginning. The bottle only gets you so far! Beers or NOS! HAHAH!!
