Just enjoying my Friday night cruise when this looks like a 08-09 Mazda 3 speed very nice dressed up, Lower, exhaust, rims and nice big front mount. Well mine my own business, just admiring how nice his car is when he pull up and blows me off with his BOV. I was like smiling and thinking to myself hehe i'm going to have some fun. Didn't get a chance to set up my cam since my wife wasn't there and my dash cam only record whats in front. So anyway i downshift to 3rd about 65mph after he whistles at me and i gave him the nod to go ahead. We did 3 runs and everytime we start it was all over hahaha i didn't even have to upshift. By the time i got to the top of 3rd he was like 3 bus length behind. What a night but right after when i was about to head home i did get a chance to give you a video of me playing with the new Camero not sure if its a SS or not. There's no emblem or anything all black so i can't tell. This time i had the video setup again i was from behind because that's the only way i can get the other car in the camera view lol

but i think the challenger takes it.. Out fo all the RetroModern Domestics, the Challenger stuck to its Roots.

 

 

as a former higher hp FC owner and now mazdaspeed 3 owner, they speed 3 def has some strengths. However any Rx7 with over 300rwhp should take one. The speed has great power out of corners when driven well at the limits of traction, even more so then my FC and it had roughly the same tq as my speed (speeds low end tq)

i wouldnt say they are popular, atleast not in my area. I see far more WRX's, Evos, SRT-4's etc

Yup, I see so many of them in my area. And being a Mazda Tech you tend to notice them more because you are thinking... ' Money money money' hahahI like the first gen speed 3's the Joker face ones just aren't doing it for me.
