This weekend i went to the track to see what i could run (a crappy 12.7 was the best i could do spinning and/or bogging on all 4 passes i made. )

But even though my sorry a$$ couldn't drive there were plenty of people worse than me.

I beat : 99 turbo T/A
05 mustang GT
and a drap truck that red lit and shut down about half track. he would
have smoked me BAD if he stayed in it.
I also lost to a s10 pickup. i don't know what he had but it was pretty quick(12.1@110)

Then today I was at my GF's sister's b-day party and I went out to take a friend for a ride. Well some dude that was there with his STOCK sti rushed to his car and followed me out to race I've met the guy before and he seemed cool. but i later found out he was talking smack saying his stock sti would not only keep up with me but wouldbeat me

So anyway we roll out to the highway and line up at about 45-50. I told him to go and i would chase him down. Needless to say the "chase" was over before it started. I ended up pulling several cars on him VERY quickly.

But to be fair I pulled of the highway and asked if he wanted to go from a dig He says yes of course and i asked my friend to count us down. I launch with my trademark bog and he was about a car and a half maybe more out on me. But before 1st gear was over i was already pulling back hard. I shift to second and continue pulling. At the top of second I had pulled even and was quickly making my way around the sti. 3rd gear obviously wasn't needed but i was after all showing a friend what my car could do so i stayed in it and again the cars between us quickly added up to an imbarrasing amount. and i shut it down and headed back to the party. I wanted to go again from a dig but the sti guy zoomed off ahead of us as if we were racing all the way back to the party. .

I exchanged #s with the turbo T/A at the track the previous night and was supposed to race him later after the party but I ended up taking my car home and going back to the festivities with my GF to get my on.

I'm sure i will be racing him In the NEAR future, and i will try my best to get someone to videotape the race. I think he honestly beleives he has a better chance at beating me from a roll than from a stop. Even though he was trapping 114mph and I was trapping 118. I was only running 14psi at the track but I will be running 17 The next time we race.

Trapping 118 you could have been in the 11's. All about tires and launch. Sounds like fun. G

deffinately fun. But the sad thing is i was on drag radials. I just didn't lower the preasure bellow 20psi and i did not heat the tires up at all. I was afraid I might break something if i got too much grip lol. I only wheelhopped on one of the runs and imediatly let out till it settle then got back on it. that was a 13.1

Next time i will try 15psi and a small burnout. and hope for the best.
