1: caps off.
2: the crossfire you must have raced was only 215hp, not impressive.
3: sounds more like you did a ricer move and not let him pass.
4: I like how you "estimate" to the exact mph..
5: don't hit fuel cut.

The crossfire is far from being a sports car.

Weak V6 only available in automatic on a heavy car.

Plus that thing is ugly as **** and it's cheap.

A kill is a kill though

Dude relax ur making us miami ppl look worse than we already do... A kill is a kill but that crossfire is a POS. Try racing the SRT-6 version then you can post in caps. BTW what races were you at on a Friday night?

Yeah, really. The SRT6 is supercharged with 330 horsepower. Not anything to shake a stick at.

The NA (non SRT-6) comes in a 6-speed. You can only get an auto with the SRT-6. I was a wrench at a chysler/jeep dealership for awhile, and got to drive those things all the time. Our parts manager took an SRT6 to the strip one time, and put down mid 13s, bone stock, literally off the showroom floor. The NA-6spd hardtops are pretty fun in the twistys, fair amount of bodyroll and the suspension is more luxury than sport, but it still makes for a helluva lunch break. But, you definatly didnt kill an SRT-6, and it was probably an auto at that. And a vert, as most of them are, and weigh a whole lot more. But conrats.

according to consumer guide(they're usually pretty accurate), the verts weigh in at under 3200lbs...pretty impressive, actually.

that'd be curb weight, but since all cars are advertised as curb weight it still stands as a good number.

wow, you know a lot of people spend $5,000+ on mods to make the power that you seem to be making off a mostly stock car...you must be some sort of tuning genius.

Funny that you criticize his punctuation, and misspell "heard". "Herd" would be as in a "herd" of buffalo.

I really hate those Crossfires. Ugly and slow!!! I can't understand why anyone would buy one. I would like to race one just to show the owner how stupid he is for buying it.

evo's and wrx's are not that fast at all unless there on the highway.

I have a 13b full bridge and smoked both a evo and wrx at a pro drag strip. Got each one by maybe a car or even a half. But it took full drag slicks open header to get the whole shot on each one.

But for sure home boy is bull-shitting those cars on the highway are not something to be messed with unless you got the back up under your motor.
