Thumbs up Killed by an FD

So me and two other friends were coming back from broadway diner feeling the need for speed. We were in my buddy's Taurus SHO and he wanted to race my FC. I was telling him no as I need new brake pads. So as they are trying to convince me, one of my buddies says "hey theres a 7" and I turn my head to see this sexy black FD get onto the interstate. Since this is the first FD ive seen driving in person since the late nineties, I yell for my friend to follow that car. We catch up to it and sorta drool over it and then try and get it to race us. Of course it took a few tries to have him catch on because we are in a friggin Taurus after all. We slow down and when he gets next to us I hear him downshift. My friend floors the gas and for a second we had the jump on the FD....

....That is of course until we heard the turbo spool and it suddenly appear a few carlengths ahead of us. The race abruptly ended when another car decided it wanted to be in our lane

If anyone on this board was heading I-75 north out of the Stockbridge/Jonesboro (Georgia) exit saturday night you have a reealllll nice car.

It was black with 99 spec (the circle taillights?) tail lights, aftermarket rims (im pretty sure they were aftermarket) tinted windows (though we could make out an lcd inside) and in the front bumper taking up part of the turn signal lights (or FTP lenses, I dont know if they are the same as the FC) were blue lights.
