I was heading home from my parents last night. I was the only one on a 3 lane road. Well these 2 civics come flying by me then they both slow down and get on both sides of me and start revving letting there rev limiters kick in.. I thought to myself.. wtf.. Well one was a hatch and the other one looked like a 99-00 Civic SI. This went on for about 1/2 mile with them revving and accerating forward then slowing down and getting nex to me again.. Finaly i had enough and downshifted into second ( going 45 ). i guess they heard me downshift and they nailed. I nailed it after i saw them take off, due to the fact they got the jump on me they both pulled about 2-3 cars ahead of me.. I then persue, i powershifted into 3rd and walked/Ran by the both of them, right up the middle. i shut down at 90 putting about 6-7 carlengths on both of them. Then we stopped at a light and they both were mad ******* on me. so i kinda chuckled to myslef and waited for the light. Light turns green and we take off.. 1st gear i spun like a **** but still was ahead. second gear i got a lil loose and backed off the throttle but still pulled pretty hard.. i shut down at 65 and looked back. i think they both gave up. We continued on the same road for about 2 miles and they wouldnt get next to me anymore :p

sure, they deserved to get pounded. but if it were me (and it does happen to me) i would have laughed at them and ignored them. no one is worth me losing my car and my lisense. they are ricers, if they get run by a faster car one day it wont stop them from being idiots.

haha...i haven't had any civics rev at me yet and i only have a STOCK 86 gxl. with all my insignias removed, no one knows what kind i drive (except for the other few rx-7 owners) except when im parked and they see the "mazda" on my wheels. had lots of mustangs,eclipes, integras...haha---->corolla (the 4 door grocery bus) rev though???

their actions were rather ricey I believe. do you pull the same stunts on cars that you know could probably walk your ***? how often would one of us rev the **** out of our engine, accelerate and decelerate and keep pestering someone until we **** em off enough to walk us. Rice isn't just for imports, I've seen mustangs that could outrice some of the ghetto honda's i've seen.

 

That depends...if my 7 looks stock and gives them a good race is it still ricey? The civics had to know there was no way in hell they were going to hold their own against the FD (maybe they didn't).

I'd expect when my FD is on the road it'd hold it's own against many a pricier car.
