First real race, BMW m5

So lastnight, me and a couple homies were cruising back from a hangout session and we all pull up to this street called ward which is a long 2 lane street that leads to a one lane hill over a highway. we are all driving seperate cars. and my friend in his lexus was way ahead when i see a BMW driving quite fast and trying to toy with him. I immediatly downshift and haul *** to catch up. We both pull to a stop and he moves to the lane next to me and it turns out to be a kid in an Older m5, he didnt look at me or rev or anything, so i didnt plan on racing. This light was about a quarter mile away from a freeway overpass hill which turned into one lane, and when that light turned green he booked it, which gave him like a 2 second head start. So i floor it, and im using the original tires that came with the car and i just lost grip through 1st and second, but when 3rd hit i was approaching him very quickly and the one lane was approaching very quickly as well. I pulled ahead and got to the one lane first which made me the victor! It was something out of a movie and that street is a street racers paradise. The M5 went to the next light for more but when he saw that i wanted to go the seperate way he made a very illegal u-turn and went the other way, so i gess he drove all that way just to get a race out of the night which i found pretty entertaining.
So i guess this is my first real kill since i got the 7 on the street. I mean ive raced a 240 before, but i raped him by like 4 cars. and i also raced a guy and his gf in an audi a4 with exhaust and wheels and that was no match i just pulled ahead like nothing. If only i knew rx7s were gonna be this fun i wouldve saved up for one yearsssss ago. BUt this has been a project of mine for over a year and it was well worth it.
All of my friends who would make fun of me for my love of cars, took every word back when they saw me crush that BMW. They are all interested in cars now . So i would like to thank the rx7club for putting my baby on the street with all of your E-knowledge. Sorry i typed so much, i just thought it was a cool story.
BTW my mods are FMIC, ported turbo, S5 motor and turbo in an 86 gutted with no emissions/ac/pwr steering, DP with apexi n1s(no cats), and a full stand alone haltech E8, im putting about 260 to the wheels in a about 2500 pound car, sounds about right.

and for all you paranoid people out there, it was about 1:30 in the morning and there was no cars on the street, i thought about not doing, but how could i pass that up. I cant even imagine what my perscription7 (my nickname for her) will be doing when i get some rubber on her and some new gear and a turbo rearend

You'll point this out about him but yet brag about winning a very illegal street race?
